Jane's Kitchen: Vegan Vegetable Tagine - Double


A lovely mixture of vegetables with chickpeas and apricots.

Serving Suggestions:? We enjoy having this with Cous cous.

Product Ingredients

Aubergine, Red Onion, Mixed Peppers, Vegan Stock (Onions, Carrots, Leeks and Celery) Apricots, Chickpeas, Celery, Tomato puree, garlic, fresh ginger, paprika, cinnamon, pinch saffron, sugar, seasoning.

Cooking Instructions

Remove the bag cook at 180c/gas Mark 4 for 50 mins, if chilled cook at 180c/Gas mark 4 for 30 mins or can be heated through in a saucepan, make sure its piping hot before serving.
