Defrost overnight in the fridge. Remove the bag Single Portion: Cook at 190c/gas mark 5 for 25 mins Double Portion: Cook at 190c/gas mark 5 for 35 mins. Family Portion: Cook at 190c/gas mark 5 for 45 mins. Please make sure the product is piping hot before serving
