The Recipe Exchange: Wild Garlic Butter


Wild Garlic Butter

Ideal as a spread or as an addition to recipes.

  1. Wash and Finely Chop 50g of Wild Garlic.
  2. Cut up and mash 250g of salted butter. It may be necessary to lightly heat the butter to achieve this.
  3. Mix  the wild garlic and the butter together and stir, adding in salt to taste.
  4. Place in a sealed container and refrigerate or freeze to store
